Entrants on site at 2:30 PM - Promenade on Main – 3 PM Grassy Area Across From Wachovia Bank – Main Street near Dave Lyle Blvd.
Dogs compete for great prizes for best holiday costume, best Dickens costume, best gnome costume, best pair (owner and dog), best personality, and best in show. All dogs must be on leash. Contest is limited to first 50 applicants. Rain location: Black Street Parking deck - lower level.
