Appetizers

The Rolls (two per order)

Cho Gio/Spring Rolls - crispy deep-fried rails filled with a mixture of seasoned pork and vegetables. Served with nuoc mam. $3.50

Basket (four rolls, plus lettuce and herbs). $6.00

Goi Cuon/Summer Rolls - soft, fresh rice paper rolls filled with vermicelli, lettuce, mint, and either shrimp, pork, or both. Served with peanut sauce. $3.50
With grilled chicken or pork. $4.50
Create your own - all the ingredients for six rolls for you to construct (technical support upon request).

Winter Rolls - same as Spring, but half the size with a shrimp tucked inside. Thi's own creation. Served with nuoc mam. $4.00

Autumn Rolls - same as Summer, but filled with fried tofu and bean sprouts. Served with peanut sauce. $3.50

Quail - two seasoned and fried birds, crispy and fragrant. $7.00
Stuffed Chicken Wings - wings with panache. Two de-boned and filled with a mixture of seasoned pork, mushrooms, and mien (glass noodles). $7.00
Stuffed Squid - chubby little squid filled with the above mixture. $6.00
Thi's Calamari - inspired by Boston seafood, perfected by Thi. Only available when the freshest, most tender squid is available. $7.00

Banh Xeo/Vietnamese Crepe - one crisp rice-batter crepe filled with bean sprouts, pork, and shrimp. We recommend two for dinner. $5.00


Salads
Inspired by traditional Vietnamese food - but my grandma won't serve a salad anytime soon...

Simple Salad - shredded Iceberg lettuce topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, and marinated carrots & parsnips. Served with nuoc mom or peanut sauce. $3.50
Chau's Salad - as above, with steamed vegetables topped with grilled chicken, pork, or beef. $7.00    With all three meats. $9.00


Soup
In Vietnam, a bowl of soup Is a meal. Share one as an appetizer. There are two different genres of soup. There is pho, which is always made with a beef broth and medium-sized flat rice noodles, and is topped with beef. Then there is everything else, including soups with a variety of broth, noodles, and meats. They all come with a plate of garnishes featuring bean sprouts (for crispness), lime (for tartness), Thai sweet basil (for a fresh edge), and jalapeno pepper slices (for heat). You can also add hoisin sauce (for savoriness), and The Rooster - the red sauce (for a milder heat). Vegetarian broth is available. Add mixed vegetables to any soup for an additional $2.00.

Pho

Tai (rare beef steak, recommended). $7.00    Chin (well-done beef). $7.00    Bo Vien (meatballs). $7.00    Any two of the previous. $8.00
Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, scallops, fish balls, imitation crab). $10.00

Linh's soup - Dry soup. A bowl of egg or rice noodles topped with seafood, roasted pork, vegetables, and herbs drizzled with a sweet-savory sauce. Broth for dipping served on the side. Almost as beautiful as Linh herself. $11.00

Your choice of side: jasmine rice, brown rice (add $1.00), steamed vermicelli (add $1.00), fried vermicelli (add $2.00), hu bou (wide rice noodles) with bean sprouts (add $2.00), mi mam (soft egg noodles) with bean sprouts (add $2.00), or mi don (crispy nest of egg noodles) (add $3.00).

Simple stir-fry - brown or white sauce, with tons of vegetables. Amazing with wide rice noodles or crispy egg noodles.

Satay beef or chicken - spicy, stir-fried with mixed vegetables. $9.00
Lemongrass tofu - golden-cubes of tofu stir-fried with a variety of vegetables with unique, citrusy lemongrass.

Pork and Eggplant - slices of roasted pork stir-fried with oriental eggplant in a savory brown sauce, served with a side of steamed broccoli. $10.00    With tofu or chicken. $10.00    Mix two. $12.00
Curry Shrimp and Chicken - simply gorgeous. Chicken, shrimp, and fresh vegetables in a bright yellow Vietnamese curry tempered with rich coconut cream. Have it with jasmine rice to soak up the sauce. $12.00

Vy's favorite - Beef, chicken, mixed seafood, and vegetables in a mild brown garlic sauce over wide rice noodles. She'll fight you for those tasty noodles, but whine if you ask her to eat the vegetables! $16.00
Linh's special - Chicken and shrimp stir-tried with a load of fresh vegetables on top of a nest of crispy egg noodles. Much like Miss Lancaster
2005 herself, a real show-stealer. $15.00

Bun - Vermicelli Noodle Bowls
A big bowl of steamed vermicelli noodles, shredded lettuce, cucumbers, bean sprouts, mint, marinated carrots and parsnips, and ground peanuts. Incredibly healthy! Served with nuoc mam or peanut sauce for dipping or pouring. Add $4.00 for an extra-large bowl.
