Special Needs Information
We want everyone to enjoy ChristmasVille! If you or a member of your party require special needs transportation once at ChristmasVille, please call Jessie Freeman at 704-724-3741 UPON REACHING THE EVENT.
Wheelchair accessible parking is available at most locations around the downtown Rock Hill area, including the public parking lots at the Wachovia Wells Fargo Bank building and the top floor of the Black Street Municipal Parking Deck. Please see the ChristmasVille map for locations.
A special needs ChristmasVille transport
service will be available during the event beginning Saturday, December 4th from
10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, Dec. 5th from Noon to 5:00 PM on an as-needed basis. The shuttle service is located on the top floor of the Black Street parking deck. Special needs transportation to and from vehicles may be arranged by calling Jessie Freeman at 704-724-3741 UPON ARRIVING AT CHRISTMASVILLE. You may also request special needs transportation while at any of the ChristmasVille information tents.
If you need special assistance for events on Thurs, Dec. 2nd or Fri., Dec. 3rd, please contact Susan Lyle in advance at the Rock Hill Economic & Urban Development office at 803-329-7085.

For emergency situations arising during the event, please call 911 and state that you are at ChristmasVille in Downtown Rock Hill. There is one EMS station each day for minor issues during the event. The station is located on Main Street at Wachovia Wells Fargo on Saturday on Caldwell Street on Sunday.
