Special Needs Information
We
want everyone to enjoy ChristmasVille! If
you or a member of your party require special
needs transportation once at ChristmasVille, please call
Hank Williams at 803-448-4445 UPON REACHING THE EVENT.
Wheelchair
accessible parking is available at most locations around
the downtown Rock Hill area, including the public parking lots
at
the Wachovia Bank building and the Main Street level of the Rock
Hill Municipal Parking Deck. Please see the ChristmasVille
map for locations.
A special needs ChristmasVille transport
service will be available during the event beginning Thursday, November
29 at
4:00 PM on an as-needed basis. The service will be running continuously during
the
event until 8:00 PM in the evenings.
Special
needs
transportation
to
and
from
vehicles
may be arranged by calling Hanks Williams at 803-448-4445 UPON
ARRIVING AT CHRISTMASVILLE.
Wheelchair accessible porta-potties are available at
all event porta-potty
stations. Please see the ChristmasVille
map for locations.
A First Aid EMS Station is available in the White
Street municipal
parking lot on the Caldwell Street end (east end). Please see the ChristmasVille
map for location.
For emergency situations arising
during
the
event, please
call
911 and state that you are at ChristmasVille in Downtown Rock Hill.
