Market Mission

The ChristmasVille Gift Market provides high quality hand crafters, artists and vendors with a venue to showcase their products to an audience of shoppers, receptive to purchasing unique and creative gift items.


ChristmasVille reserves the right to remove work deemed unacceptable or obviously different from work represented in application.

Space Fees

Approx.10x8  $150 per space - Limit 2 spaces per entry

2018 Guidelines & Information

  • Fee includes: Approximately 10’x8’ space, limited access to 110 volt/15 amp power source, and overnight security. Located on the second floor of the Gettys Building. Exhibitor must provide own extension cords, power strip, accent lighting, & chairs and tables with floor length cloths. Only items listed in the application and approved by the event committee may be sold during the event. Do not add jewelry to your display at the venue unless approved by the event staff prior to ChristmasVille.

  • Submission of application does not guarantee participation. All exhibitors will be juried. Applicants that have been accepted to participate will receive confirmation from the Gift Market Team. Payment for applications that are not accepted will be refunded.

  • Parking will be communicated closer to the event.

  • The festival will proceed RAIN OR SHINE.

  • Exhibitors must be 18 yrs. or older. Exhibitors are expected to maintain an attractive & uncluttered space.

  • The exhibitor must occupy and maintain their display for the duration of the ChristmasVille Market.

  • Reproductions of paintings are acceptable but must be clearly labeled as reproductions and should not make up more than 50% of the artist’s inventory.

  • Display of signs indicating discounts or otherwise reduced items, is prohibited.

  • Artists/vendors may negotiate prices with patrons at their own discretion.

  • Jewelry vendors will be limited to no more than 15% of the total mix of exhibitors.
