Market Mission

The ChristmasVille Gift Market provides high quality hand crafters, artists and vendors with a venue to showcase their products to an audience of shoppers, receptive to purchasing unique and creative gift items.

Market Hours of Operation

  • 11am - 5pm December 2nd, Friday | Vendors arriving after 11am will not be allowed to participate.

  • 10am - 5pm December 3rd, Saturday

  • Noon - 5pm December 4th, Sunday | No breakdown prior to 5pm.

The vendor must occupy and maintain their display for the duration of the published times of the ChristmasVille Market.

Leaving before the end of the market, or staying open after the market closes, is strictly prohibited.

Market Location

The ChristmasVille Gift Market will return to the same, outdoor location as in 2021 - the "Wells Fargo lot" adjacent to Dave Lyle Blvd., and easily accessible from both Black and White Streets.  

Space Fees

$225 per space with a limit of 2 spaces per entry | each space is approximately 10’x10’. 

The space fee includes a ChristmasVille-provided 10'x10' tent for each entry space. 

Vendor must provide own extension cords, power strip, accent lighting, chairs and tables with floor length cloths.

2022 Guidelines & Information

  • Application deadline is October 1, 2022.  CLICK HERE OR BELOW FOR APPLICATION.

  • Submission of application does not guarantee participation. All exhibitors will be juried. Applicants that have been accepted to participate will receive confirmation from the Gift Market Team. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you upon acceptance to the festival.

  • Only items listed in the application and approved by the event committee may be sold during the event. Do not add anything to your display at the festival unless approved by the event staff prior to ChristmasVille.  ChristmasVille reserves the right to remove work deemed unacceptable or obviously different from work represented in application.

  • The festival will proceed RAIN OR SHINE.  Should the festival be canceled due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, vendors may request a partial refund of their vendor fee - $100 of the fee is non-refundable to cover the cost of tent rentals, operations, etc.

  • The City of Rock Hill, ChristmasVille, and the Old Town Association will not be liable for any lost, stolen or misplaced merchandise or equipment at the event.​​

  • Vendors must post prices in a legible manner and in a visible place.

  • Artists/vendors may negotiate prices with patrons at their own discretion.

  • Vendors must be 18 years or older.

  • Vendors are expected to maintain an attractive & uncluttered space.

  • Reproductions of paintings are acceptable but must be clearly labeled as reproductions and should not make up more than 50% of the artist’s inventory.

  • Display of signs indicating discounts or otherwise reduced items is prohibited.

  • Jewelry vendors will be limited to no more than 15% of the total mix of exhibitors.

  • The sale  or consumption of alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the event.

  • Parking will be communicated closer to the event.

The City of Rock Hill requires vendors to obtain all applicable federal, state, and local licenses and permits.  These documents are not required to apply, but will be required prior to November 15, 2022.

Required documents include:

  • A completed application with a full description of ALL PRODUCTS to be featured at your booth, price ranges, as well as photo(s) of products and vendor booth display.

  • A City of Rock Hill Business License. The application can be found at, or you can reach out to the business licensing office directly via email at, or at 803-329-5590.

  • A State of South Carolina Retail Business License.  This can be found at .

  • Any other applicable federal, state, and local permits and/or licenses required to operate in Rock Hill, SC.
